SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28 Relating to the                                                 
innovative application of education technology tools to provide                                     
improved distance education programs in the state was read the second                               
time.                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                     
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Committee                                     
Substitute offered on page 2967. Without objection, CS FOR                                          
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28(HES) was adopted

The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                 
RESOLUTION NO. 28(HES) Relating to the innovative application of
