Without objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28(HES) was adopted and was before the Senate on final passage. 2006-05-02 Senate Journal Page 3067 The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28(HES) Relating to the innovative application of education technology tools to provide improved distance education programs in the state pass the Senate?"
